Cement (per 50 Kg bag) price trend in India

South Indian Market - The majority of the growth is coming from the southern market which includes Telangana Andhra Pradesh. A whole new state is developed by the state of the art infrastructure. Majority of the companies are expanding their existing capacity or non-regional players are entering this region to get the pie of the growth. But prices have not gone in the current ended from past 3years. This might be indicative of a lack of pricing discipline by the companies.

Over the Cement sector of India is running at 80% capacity utilization.
